  • Providing safe and appropriate reflexology treatments

  • Maintaining accurate client records

Personal data is retained for 2 years from the date of your last appointment.

After this period, records are securely deleted or destroyed.

Information will only be disclosed if required by law or by an insurance company in the event of an insurance claim.
